Circumstances that result in Loss of Booking* 
  • The presence of any person under 18 (no exceptions)
  • Prior consumption of alcohol (0.00 limit)
  • Disability Support (see below).
  • Non attendance (we allow +15min after your starting time for late arrivals).

*Second chance offers are available in exceptional circumstances (eg medical emergency - see below)

If someone cannot attend... (Partial refund)
Subject to a minimum of two attendees we refund you for absentees.

Second Chance Offers (Your whole group is unable to attend)
If your group is unable to attend at short notice (eg medical emergency or car accident) we can provide you with second chance offers.
Second Chance Offers
  • Repeat emails offering a date and time of our choosing over the following 30 days (booking forfeit thereafter).
  • Offers are linked to future bookings (we offer you times before or after an existing booking). 
  • ​There are no guarantees of an offer.
  • Offers are not made to terminated sessions or forfeiture due to refusal of entry for underage attendees or alcohol/drugs.

Cancellation for a Full Refund or Rescheduling
Rescheduling is not permitted without at least seven days notice in writing.
Full refunds are not available without at least seven days notice in writing.
The booking transaction fee (charged by PayPal or Stripe) is non-refundable.

Adding extra persons
You can add extra persons subject to a maximum of four persons using:
  • Your confirmation email link; or
  • The QR code on site (your booking will be delayed by 5-10 minutes to arrange payment).

Criminal Prosecution of Channel Hosts, Bloggers, Editors, Radio, Newspaper or Online Publishers 
Our product depends on secrecy. We recognize online content providers earn income via content views (eg FB, Instagram, Streaming Services, Youtube). For the benefit of all persons we keep our experience confidential. We explicitly prohibit (in our booking terms) any Audio, Photographic or Video recordings. Any attempts to record the experience will result in termination of the experience and the matter will be referred to Victoria Police for criminal prosecution for conducting unlicenced undercover surveillance. If convicted a sentence of up to two years in prison may apply under the Surveillance Devices Act. The experience is provided for personal use and enjoyment only.

Audio or Video recording devices (other than phones eg Ray-Ban Meta Camera Glasses) 
Not permitted.

Transfer of booking
At least one original person must remain on the booking. 

Disability Support Organizations (eg NDIS)
It is illegal to coerce a person with an intellectual disability to sign a legally binding contract (liability waiver) when they have no way of understanding what it is. Parent or Guardian signatures/permission must be obtained first.

​DSO's can pre-register with us (here) to obtain our liability waiver which can then be distributed to (and received back from) parents/guardians so that disability clients can attend. 

The Experience

Exclusive Booking
Your group will not have any other customers in with you. 

Run Time
45-60 mins (10 min briefing and 45-60 min escape).

Arrival
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early but no earlier than 15 minutes.
​If early we recommend waiting away from the entrance to avoid any spoilers from another group exiting.

No Restrooms (reminder sent one hour prior via email)
Please be advised there are no restrooms on site however there are public restrooms two mins away by car (QR code on site).
What should we bring?
Reading glasses or contacts if needed.

Can we take photos?
Pictures and recordings are not permitted however your staff member will offer to take a souvenir photo of your group at the end (optional).

Mobile phones
Use of mobile phones whilst inside the escape room is not permitted but you may step outside at anytime to use them.

What do we wear?
High heels are not permitted.
We recommend wearing normal casual wear.

Is there secure storage?
Storage is available for bags or you can take your items with you throughout. 

Can we bring food and drink?
Food and drink is not permitted within the escape room.
Bottled water is okay.

Smoking/Vaping not permitted
The entire property is a vape and smoke-free zone.
