- Groups with persons under 18 (we I.D. check) are refused entry without refund.
Voucher Purchase Information
- All sales are all online only (no walk ins).
- Once purchased you receive a Voucher Purchase Confirmation Email.
- Your purchase email will have all of the following:
- Your Voucher Code and a link on where to redeem;
- Instructions on how to conduct 24-hour contactless hard-copy pickup in Belmont Vic;
- Links to a Voucher image generation page (if you want to send the voucher as an image);
- Links to Printable colour or blank & white pdf-templates (to print and fill out yourselves);
- All these options are all available to you at anytime so you can decide/alter how to deliver your voucher.
- We don't ask for the recipient details - we leave this for you to fill out post-purchase.
- We ask for your details so the purchase can be tracked down if need be.
- Payment methods include PayID, PayPal and Stripe.
- Vouchers are valid for three years;
- Vouchers are sold on our website only: www.geelongescaperoom.com.au (contact us to report unauthorized sales).
- Voucher purchases are non-refundable.
- Your recipient can add extra persons once booked in (confirmation email will have instructions);
Delivery
You will receive a Voucher Purchase Confirmation email. The email will contain links to:
- Generate an image of your voucher to screenshot/send to a recipient;
- Links to pdf templates (also below) to print yourself, fill out and give to your recipient;
- Instructions for Optional Contactless Pickup of a Hard Copy Voucher (blank) available anytime (24-hours) in Belmont Victoria;
